Ports Cafe in Geneva, NY announced its menu offerings for the evening of May 1, 2025. The restaurant is welcoming guests with a variety of dishes available for reservations tonight and over the weekend.

The evening’s menu includes a range of appetizers, salads, and entrées. Appetizers feature Smoked Ham & Asparagus Cream Soup, Burrata with marinated roasted peppers, shaved mortadella, pistachio, and garlic bread stick, as well as Buffalo Cauliflower served with a house buffalo sauce and creamy buttermilk blue cheese. Additional options include prosciutto-wrapped, oven-roasted artichokes with Parmesan cream and red pepper relish, plus octopus bao buns with a sticky sesame ginger glaze and Fresno chili slaw.

Salad options consist of a Blueberry & Blood Orange salad with baby greens, creamy poppyseed dressing, red onion, toasted almonds, and goat cheese, along with a Spring Panzanella featuring arugula, torn focaccia croutons, shaved fennel, charred snap peas, white balsamic vinaigrette, asparagus, and Manchego cheese.

The entrée selections include a bacon-wrapped, pan-roasted filet mignon served with crispy fried potatoes, broccolini, cracked pepper jus, and onion rings. Other options include charbroiled hanger steak with horseradish-mustard cream, grilled Portobello mushrooms, and smashed potatoes; leg of lamb with a garlic-herb marinade, spring vegetable risotto, and lemon-mint chimichurri; and buttermilk fried chicken with a pimento macaroni dish.
