Akron Library Screens "The Muppet Christmas Carol"
The Akron-Summit Library in Akron, Ohio is hosting a film screening every Thursday at 6:15 pm in the library auditorium. The film screening series features classic and new films, with free weekday parking available after 6 pm when guests present a library voucher.
On December 18 at 6:15 pm, the library will show The Muppet Christmas Carol. The film, directed by Jerry Juel and based on the novel by Charles Dickens, features characters such as Kermit the Frog, Miss Piggy, The Great Gonzo, Rizzo the Rat, Fozzie Bear, and Michael Caine. It is produced by Brian Henson, Martin G. Baker, and Jerry Juel, and involves contributions from Walt Disney Pictures and Jim Henson Productions.
Local residents looking for a family-friendly holiday outing are invited to attend.
