The City of Akron announced adjustments to its leaf removal schedule due to recent snowfall. City crews will complete the remaining leaf pick-up in Ward 9 for the rest of the week. Following this, crews will begin a second pick-up in Wards 3, 5, 10, and 6. Residents are advised to watch for signs in their neighborhoods indicating when crews will be in their ward.

Due to weather conditions, the schedule remains subject to change. Although there will not be a second pick-up in all 10 wards, the crews will address additional service requests submitted via 311 as weather permits toward the end of the season.
