Geneva Public Library offers wellness programs

Geneva, N.Y. — The Geneva Public Library is offering wellness programs designed to help residents relax, move and reset.

Programs include Flow through Tai Chi and Yang 24 Tai Chi, find calm with Meditation, or stretch and strengthen in Yoga Basics with Geneva Breathes. “Whether you’re looking to relax, move, or reset, there’s something here for you,” the library said.

Yoga Basics is offered in the Geneva Public Library’s Community Room by Lisa Pietrocarl. The class is a free offering from Geneva Breathes and meets on Fridays from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. on March 13, 20, 27, and April 3, 10, 17.
