The West Boise YMCA and Caldwell YMCA will soon offer the EGYM strength-training system. EGYM is a smart, next-generation system designed to provide personalized and efficient workout programs. The system offers several training options, including:

• General fitness – focus on overall vitality

• Immunity boost – targeted to strengthen the immune system

• Muscle building – support for gaining muscle mass

• Weight loss – designed to reduce body fat

• Body toning – aimed at increasing muscle definition
