Lapsit Storytime is set to return at the Broome County Public Library in Binghamton, New York. The sessions will take place every Thursday at 10 a.m. The program is designed for children ages 0 to 3 and will include stories, songs, bubbles, and playtime. The library expresses enthusiasm for welcoming families back for reading and fun activities.
